Prerana founders were a group of like minded people whose one of the mottos is serving and/or helping the needy. Founding members belonged to various places of Karimnagar and surrounding districts of Telangana Region, Andhra Pradesh. Having variety of back ground, the members of Prerana, belongs to government services, professionals, businessmen and young students’ community. Some of the members have earned higher qualifications including doctorate degree.

           Prerana founders and members have a strong belief in voluntarism for social causes and have continued to practice the same with a sense of commitment. They want to give their quality time to various projects, assignments and activities of Prerana. Prerana owes its origin to the urge at young professionals who wished to try out applicability of principles at professional social work in local conditions with the average Indian philosophy – serving the society is serving god.

           Prerana is a non-profit organization working to enable under privileged / margin awared individual groups and communities. Prerana Charitable Trust formed in 2011 (Reg. No. 157/11) Karimnagar.

VISION:

          To see the old aged citizens, orphans and health conscious generation that they are backed by an organization called “PRERANA”


MISSION:

          Our mission is to reach the unreached in the areas in which we work.

OBJECTIVES:

           • Extending help to the old aged citizens while they are living life
              away from The family
 
           • Extending help to the orphans

           • Organizing medical camps with an intension to reach all medical
              facilities to the people  especially to the underprivileged in 
              terms of medication.

MEMBERSHIP:

          Citizens of the Indian nation can become members of this ‘PRERANA’. Prospective members willing to join hand with the team having faith in the objectives, vision and mission statement of PRERANA are invited. The membership can be in one of the following forms.

          1. LIFETIME MEMBER: Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousands only)
          2. ASSOCIATE MEMBER: Rs.2400/- 
              (rupees twenty four hundred only per year).
          3. MEMBER: Rs.500/- (membership fee valid for 3 years)
